Tell us what you think! Teacher Evaluation

This three-part professional development series explores the latest research in how children develop, form bonds with others, and build literacy skills. Designed for teachers of all grade levels, each of the programs is also available in a packaged format that includes the video, a training CD including a PowerPoint® presentation, and an original companion book.

  1. Who Is My Child? (Temperament)—an in-depth exploration of the nine basic traits of human temperament and how these traits can be appreciated and nurtured to help each child reach his or her full potential. (preview program)
  2. Feeling Loved (Socialization and Attachment)—a guide to attachment and socialization: the special connection between a child and a caring adult. This module investigates ways in which this relationship forms, its importance, and its ultimate role in a child’s ability to learn and interact with others.
  3. Read to Me (Early Literacy)—a module on early literacy that shares strategies that empower parents with tools to help children acquire language and literacy skills from birth. Rich oral language and vocabulary development are determining factors in a child’s ability to read.
