Welcome to GED® Test InfoIf you want solid information about the 2002 Series GED Tests, you’ve come to the right place. In the modules to the left, you’ll find guidance for teaching math, problem solving, graphic literacy, essay writing, and critical thinking skills, plus tips about the bubble-in grids and other answer formats. For an overview start with Orientation > GED Tests. Additional Teacher Materials: If you need to lead a workshop training new GED teachers, or you want a self-study guide, take a look at the links under "Resources" to the left. We also have a teacher’s guide for our popular Pre-GED Connection and GED Connection materials. Learner Materials: For learners, we recommend GED/Pre-GED Connection DVDs, workbooks, locator tests, and online materials. GED Connection programs also air on many PBS stations (check local listings) and free GED practice tests are available at pbs.org/literacy. The principal writers of this website, companion study guides and workshop trainer’s manual are adult educators who were chosen by the U.S. Department of Education and the GED Testing Service® to conduct national training on the GED 2002 Series Tests — the same series GED testing centers administer today. Material on this website originally appeared as KET’s GED 2002 Online Professional Development. |
