This animated series teaches children the basics of visual art and shows how successful artists have used the various techniques it describes. The programs challenge students to use the same skills to create their own artistic products.

Students are guided through the elements of visual art by Posie and her inquisitive, witty pigeon sidekick, Arty. They may also be visited by the “Spectrum Girls” as they make guest appearances on the fictional Gray Neutral Show.
