Healthy Body Healthy Mind takes a holistic approach to health education, explaining and demonstrating behaviors and choices that help develop both mental and physical wellness. Designed for upper elementary and middle school students, the programs cover such topics as avoiding alcohol and other drugs and practicing good character traits as well as the science behind current diet and exercise guidelines.
