This animated video covers the five keys for safe riding: correct helmet fit and use, safe clothing, safe places to ride, maintaining safe equipment, and safe riding skills. In addition to bicycles, the lessons apply to skateboards, inline skates, scooters, tricycles, Big Wheels, and other riding equipment.
