A larger-than-life dog and his human and canine friends navigate the dips and curves of childhood and share lessons about citizenship, family, and community in this animated series based on the popular books by Norman Bridwell. Along with his loving human, Emily Elizabeth, and his dog pals, Cleo and T-Bone, Clifford inhabits a colorful island community, with his head in the clouds but all four paws planted firmly on the ground.

Each half-hour episode includes two stories and a word about one of Clifford’s 10 “Big Ideas” for kids to think about and practice:

  • Be a good friend.
  • Be kind.
  • Be responsible.
  • Be truthful.
  • Believe in yourself.
  • Have respect.
  • Help others.
  • Play fair.
  • Share.
  • Work together.

Emily Elizabeth finds a baby bird and decides to take care of it until it learns to fly, making Clifford wonder whether she still loves him as much. But then she learns that some pretty amazing things can be found right on Birdwell Island.
104. Clifford's Carnival/Clifford's Doggy Reunion
When the islanders team up to put on the Fall Carnival, Jetta thinks she should be the team's boss. Emily and Clifford are excited about a visit from Cousin Laura and her dog, Rex. But it turns out the visitors have changed since their last visit.
105. Great Race/Tummy Trouble
T-Bone learns that it's more important to do your best than to win. And when they stuff themselves with treats, Clifford and his dog friends learn that too much of a good thing can be bad.
106. Cleo Comes to Town/False Friends
The dog friends remember how Cleo shook things up when she first moved to Birdwell Island. Cleo gets a new doggie playground and starts hanging out with Mac, ignoring Clifford and T-Bone.
107. Clifford and the Beanstalk/An Itchy Patch
Jetta wins the lead in the school play, but worries more about what she's going to wear than about learning her lines. So Emily Elizabeth has to step in for her at the last minute. Clifford can't stop itching, and Emily says she'll take him to the vet if it doesn't stop. Clifford tries to avoid the trip to the doctor by hiding his discomfort.
108. A New Friend/Stormy Weather
The new dog in town has only three legs, and Clifford and his friends aren't sure how to act around him. Clifford's enthusiasm for digging is disrupting things in town—until a big storm turns it into an asset.

Emily Elizabeth and Charley decide to make a float for the Birdwell Parade but have trouble agreeing on a design. Cleo doesn't want to give up being leader in a game of Follow the Leader.
121. Good-Bye T-Bone/The Truth About Dogs and Cats
Clifford and Cleo misunderstand a conversation they overhear and think that T-Bone is moving away. Two cats move into the tree next door to T-Bone, and the dogs try everything to chase them away—until they realize they really don't have any reason not to like their new neighbors.

136. Two's Company/Fair-Weather Friends
All of the dogs are excited that their old friend K.C. is visiting for a few days, but Cleo gets so carried away that she completely ignores Clifford and T-Bone. 207. Big-Hearted T-Bone/Cleo's Valentine Surprise
T-Bone offers to watch Cleo's niece KiKi so Cleo can get some rest. But when his lady friend Mimi comes to town unexpectedly, will he stick to his generous promise? Cleo, with some help from K.C., prepares a special gift for Clifford and T-Bone—and expects a big gift in return.
208. Embarrassing Moments/Lucky Charm
When Vaz rips his pants during a soccer game, everyone tries to make him feel better by telling him about their own embarrassing moments—except Jetta, who insists that these sorts of things never happen to her. Emily Elizabeth loses her lucky stone and, with it, her self-confidence.
209. Princess Cleo/Basketball Stories
Cleo learns that she is a princess and starts enjoying all her new privileges, but soon learns that her friends are more important to her than her crown. Charley misses the big exhibition basketball game with Skyscraper Jackson, so Emily, Vaz, and Jetta each write a story about the game so he can relive it through their eyes.
210. Doggie Detectives/Camping It Up
Equipment is disappearing from the local playground, and K.C. tries to figure out what's happening. Thinking that her camping trip will be boring, Jetta tries to bring all the comforts of home into the woods with her.

Clifford and his friends see another dog wearing a cone collar and assume that her inability to stop scratching is a "weakness of character." Vaz gets a new satellite dish with 632 channels, and suddenly all he wants to do is watch TV. Mac worries that Jetta loves her new mechanical toy dog more than she loves him.
215. Another Fine Mess/King Mac
Emily Elizabeth hates cleaning her room, but eventually she realizes that she's spending all of her time looking for things instead of having fun. Believing that he is responsible for getting Mac into trouble, T-Bone goes overboard to help him in any way he can. Then Mac starts to take advantage of his friend's guilt.
216. Who Moved My Bone/Clifford the Pirate King
Clifford gets caught in the middle of a feud when Cleo accuses T-Bone of trying to steal her bone. Charley has promised to teach Emily Elizabeth to fish, but he keeps putting it off until "tomorrow." Emily tries to be understanding, but finally gets frustrated with his failure to keep his promise. Kittens Billy and Betty get stuck in a tree, and Cleo and T-Bone finally get their chance to be heroes when they help rescue them. Back down on the ground, the kittens insist on playing in Mr. Bleakman's yard—where they're not supposed to go—and Clifford tries to keep them out.
