This series helps teachers lay the foundation of children’s health knowledge, foster positive developmental attitudes and health practices, and demonstrate effective health and safety practices. Stressing the prevention of health-risking behaviors, the series introduces the human body’s structure and functions and models practices that keep it healthy and safe.
