Help young students understand the concept of “wellness,” learn ways of caring for the mind and body, and develop self-respect. Slim Goodbody, along with his friends, encourages children to take an active part in protecting, maintaining, and improving their own good health. By emphasizing wellness, safety, nutrition, exercise, and handling feelings in a healthy way, Slim helps students realize that choices made now will affect them the rest of their lives.
