Position Details/Eligibility
This unpaid internship is available in summer 2013. Junior-, senior-, and graduate-level students attending any Kentucky college or university and Kentucky residents attending a college or university out of state may apply.
20 hours per week are required, although special arrangements may be made when school requirements differ.
Applicants for this internship must be art or graphic design students.
Duties
The intern will assist the adult education department with graphic design tasks for an online GED® preparatory course, doing some layout, image editing, scanning, and organizing and archiving design-related information and graphics.
Schedule Note
Hours may be spread over 2-3 days a week.
Special Skills
Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, and Apple computers is required.
