David Gans
Self-professed “honky-tonk hippie” David Gans has taken his efforts as a singer-songwriter to a new level by using a digital looping device to create multiple layers of sound. By melding this new technology with old-fashioned acoustic virtuosity, he develops each number into a one-man-band performance. The results have been compared to Hank Williams, Jackson Browne, and Robert Fripp.
