The Allstars with Wallace Coleman
Wallace Coleman spent a decade playing harmonica in Robert Lockwood Jr.’s band after retiring from his job at a Cleveland bakery. Shortly after performing on Lockwood’s Grammy-nominated CD I Gotta Find Me a Woman, Coleman left that group and graduated to the post of full-time bandleader.
Coleman has toured with both Lockwood’s band and his own and plays regularly around Cleveland. In 2000, he started his own record label, Pinto Blues Music. One of its notable releases is his own recent album The Bad Weather Blues.
