The McLains were born to the rich heritage of bluegrass music just as royalty is born to the throne. The brothers come from the strong tradition of one of America’s most prominent musical families, the McLain Family Band.

For 21 years, the McLain Family Band performed in all 50 states, including appearances at Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Museum, Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, and the Grand Ole Opry. The band has also represented the U.S. State Department as musical ambassadors in 62 foreign countries.

Whenever the McLains bring this rich history to the stage, they prove that the only thing more impressive than their lineage is the beautiful music they make together.
