Rhonda Vincent and the Rage

Three-time International Bluegrass Music Association Female Vocalist of the Year Rhonda Vincent (2000, 2001, 2002) has been singing on stage since the age of 3, when she made her debut as a member of her family’s band, the Sally Mountain Show. A mandolin player and fiddler as well as a vocalist, she also made her recording debut while still a child. By the time she turned 23, she had recorded eight LPs as a member of her family’s group. Papa Johnny Vincent led the band, which also included Rhonda’s brothers, Brian and Darrin; mother, Carolyn; and assorted other relatives.

Rhonda now tours with her own band, the Rage, which features Tom Adams (banjo), Darrin Vincent (bass), Mike Cleveland (fiddle), and Audie Blaylock (guitar and mandolin).

They have released three albums with Rounder Records: Back Home Again (2000), The Storm Still Rages (2001), and One Step Ahead (2003).
