As the first living author to be inducted into the Kentucky Writers Hall of Fame, Wendell Berry has the privilege to celebrate the wealth of literary talent the state has been able to offer.
Take in the sights and sounds of the Kentucky Science Center in downtown Louisville; visit the Louisville Free Public Library's latest branch, the Southwest Regional Library; ThrowBack Louisville looks at former Mayor Charles Farnsley, the city leader who helped promote the Louisville Orchestra worldwide; an interview with Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer; and Operation Parent in Oldham County helps parents with teens.
The folks at the Distilled Spirits Epicenter take distilling so seriously they've created Moonshine University. "Louisville Life" pays a visit. Also on the program, we travel with City Taste Tours; meet Kevin Wardell, chief administrative officer with Norton Cancer Institute and president of Rotary Club of Louisville; and visit Roundhouse Electric Trains.
