Sneak Preview: Safe and Sound: Raising Emotionally Healthy Children in a Stressful World

A sneak preview of the new KET special about children's social and emotional development in the first years of life will be followed by a panel discussion. 5K Run To Remember

Sponsored by the Kentucky National Guard Memorial Fund. Cost: $20 for ages 11 and up; $5 for ages 5-10. Race day registration is offered; however, the prices will increase after April 26. The event raises funds for a Kentucky National Guard memorial to be located in Frankfort.

Fitness Throw Down and Symposium

The Fitness Trow Down is a competition of the top fitness instructors in the Greater Cincinnati area where the fitness participant chooses the best instructor. Different classes will represent almost every area of fitness. Participants will be able to take up to five 30-minute classes and network with vendors, hear the keynote speaker, and attend a luncheon. All fitness levels are welcome. Sponsored by the Women's Fitness Association.
