bookclub@ket: Jim’s novel Yates Paul, His Grand Flights, His Tootings, first published in 1963 and reprinted in September 2002, was the February 2003 bookclub selection. (The foreword to the 2002 edition is by Ed McClanahan.)

Jim’s other 2002 publication was Praeder’s Letters, a novel in verse. The description page from publisher Sarabande Books includes brief biographical information—and a blurb from Bobbie Ann Mason.

News from Nowhere’s Poetry Room has an artfully done selection of James Baker Hall poems and photos.

R.C. Travis’ feature article on Jim for Poetic Voices includes an interview and several poems from the collection The Mother on the Other Side of the World.
