She discusses how several companies, including Target (where she was vice president of trend, design and product development), Starbucks, and MINI, have successfully created products that are not only functional, but also give customers a sense of joy and delight.
She also talks about the success of the Toyota Scion, a car popular with three seemingly disparate groups: 18- to 25-year-old males, baby boomers, and soccer moms.

She also talks about why she recently learned to ride a motorcycle.
