Crane also shares her advice to Baby Boomer bosses looking to recruit, motivate, and retain today’s best workers.
Crane, a former Washington lobbyist, also discusses her background, including her decision to change careers and pursue her life-long interest in food and wine. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Crane worked at the White House as an assistant chef. She talks about her experiences cooking for the commander in chief.
