Lexington author Neil Chethik, who writes and speaks frequently on men's lives and family issues, is Bill Goodman's guest on the next edition of One to One. The program airs Friday, Feb. 9 at 10/9 p.m. CT on KET2 and Sunday, Feb. 11 at 2/1 p.m. CT on KET1.
Chethik is author of two books: VoiceMale: What Husbands Really Think About Their Marriages, Their Wives, Sex, Housework and Commitment, published in 2006, and Father Loss: How Sons of All Ages Come to Terms With the Deaths of Their Dads.
A former staff reporter for the Tallahassee Democrat and San Jose Mercury News, he wrote a nationally syndicated column "VoiceMale," the first to focus exclusively on men's personal lives. Today Chethik tours the country speaking to churches, corporations, professional organizations, and other groups about what men "really think."
One to One is a KET production, produced by Bill Goodman and Cindy Asher. Following the broadcast, One to One is available for on-demand videostream viewing at www.ket.org/publicaffairs/onetoone.htm and podcasting at www.ket.org/rss.
