2007 is a gubernatorial election year in Kentucky, and with contested primaries in both the Republican and Democratic parties , voters will have much to consider . In addition, voters will be choosing five other constitutional officers in November: secretary of state, attorney general, commissioner of agriculture, state treasurer and auditor of public accounts.KET has invited all candidates on the ballot in contested primary races for statewide offices to participate in live televised forums to be broadcast from the Lexington studio. Each forum will air live on KET1, with a web simulcast, and will be archived online at www.ket.org/election . Forums air Mondays, April 9-May 14 at 8/7 p.m. CT and Thursdays, April 12- May 17 at 9/8 p.m. CT.
