Airing live Saturday, Aug. 11 at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET1, Kentucky Afield Non-Game Call-In 2007 offers viewers a chance to ask questions and get answers about Kentucky's many non-game animals.
Topics for discussion are likely to include mosquitoes and West Nile virus, attracting hummingbirds to gardens, the status of Kentucky's black bear and elk populations and distinguishing poisonous snakes from those that are harmless.
Host Tim Farmer and a panel of experts from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources answer viewers ' questions during the live, one-hour show. A taped version of the program airs Sunday, Aug. 12 at 4/3 p.m. CT on KET1.
