Bill Goodman travels to the Clark County home of Governor-elect Steve Beshear and his wife, Jane, on the next edition of One to One, airing Sunday, Dec. 9 at 2/1 p.m. CT and Monday, Dec. 10 at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET1 and Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 7/6 p.m. CT on KET2.
Beshear talks about growing up in Dawson Springs and his early political career. He goes on to discuss some of his plans for the Commonwealth, including the issues of expanded gambling and education.
Mrs. Beshear talks about the transition to first lady and what she hopes to accomplish in that position. The couple also shares the story of how they met and discusses life on their farm with six horses, four dogs and two cats.
