Bill Goodman speaks with Kentucky Poet Laureate Jane Gentry Vance about Kentucky poetry and poets on the next edition of One to One. The program airs Sunday, April 20 at 2/1 p.m. CT on KET1 and Tuesday, April 22 at 7:30/6:30 p.m. CT on KET2.

Vance was appointed poet lauerate for the 2007-2008 term. She is the author of several books of poetry including A Garden in Kentucky, a collection of 60 poems deeply rooted in place, mortality and the capturing of moments. On the program, Vance reads several of her poems.
