The popular Kentucky concert special celebrates another holiday season with the Murray State University Concert Choir, the Chamber Singers, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Orchestra and the Voices of Praise.

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir presents two holiday concerts this year. Christmas with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Featuring Renée Fleming and Claire Bloom airs Sunday, Dec. 14 at 9/8 p.m. CT on KET1. And, England's premier vocal choral ensemble joins the renowned choir Wednesday, Dec. 24 at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET2 and KET HD in Christmas with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Featuring the King's Singers.

Country music star Faith Hill, backed by an orchestra led by esteemed conductor David Campbell, sings favorites from her upcoming holiday album, Joy to the World, in Faith Hill, Joy to the World: A Soundstage Special Event, airing Thursday, Dec. 18 at 10/9 p.m. CT on KET2.

Scrooge, the ultimate Victorian miser, hasn't a good word for Christmas, though his impoverished clerk Cratchit and nephew Fred are full of holiday spirit. Seymour Hicks stars in an adaptation of the timeless Charles Dickens novel in the KET Movie Classic "Scrooge," airing Saturday, Dec. 13 at 9/8 p.m. CT on KET1 and Friday, Dec. 19 at 9/8 p.m. CT on KET2.

KET's children's programming also joins in the holiday cheer with a new edition of Super Why!, premiering Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 9/8 a.m. CT on KET1. The Super Readers catch up with Santa and his reindeer as they gallop from rooftop to rooftop. WordWorld's WordFriends find the spirit of the holiday as they share their letters to spell out the perfect presents on Monday, Dec. 1 at 11:30/10:30 a.m. CT on KET1.

And, Heidi 4 Paws: A Furry Tale uses computer-generated images to retell the children's classic story Heidi with dogs playing all of the characters. It airs Tuesday, Dec. 23 at 1 p.m./noon CT on KET1 and Saturday, Dec. 27 at 9/8 a.m. CT on KET2.
