On the Monday, Dec. 15 edition of Kentucky Tonight at 8/7 p.m. CT on KET1, host Bill Goodman and guests will discuss the 2009 General Assembly. Scheduled guests are: - State Rep. Jim Wayne, D-Louisville - State Rep. Jim Glenn, D-Owensboro - State Rep. Ken Upchurch, R-Monticello - State Rep. Alecia Webb-Edgington, R-Fort Wright Kentucky Tonight will not take live phone calls on Dec.15 because of construction underway as part of KET's conversion to digital television.
