On the next One to One with Bill Goodman, Bill sits down with Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper columnist, journalist and author George Will. Recorded at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's Economic Summit and Annual Meeting in Louisville, the program airs Sunday, Aug. 16 at 1 p.m./noon CT on KET1 and Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 7:30/6:30 p.m. CT on KET2.
Will is a news analyst for ABC and was a founding member on the panel of ABC's This Week with David Brinkley (now titled This Week with George Stephanopolous). His column is syndicated to hundreds of newspapers.
A Champaign, Ill., native, Will received academic degrees from Trinity College in Hartford, and Oxford and Princeton universities. Some career milestones include teaching at Harvard University and serving as editor for National Review magazine.
On the program, Will discusses his background and career, and his love for the national pastime, baseball.
