On a special live one-hour edition of One to One with Bill Goodman, Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer and Lexington Mayor Jim Gray together discuss the joint regional economic development initiative, plans to push for a local option sales tax constitutional amendment during the 2014 General Assembly, and other issues. The program airs Monday, July 22 at 8/7 p.m. on KET and online at www.ket.org/live.
Fischer and Gray also will discuss challenges facing all cities and mayors across Kentucky and some of the issues recently discussed at the national U.S Mayor’s meeting, including a resolution that the Obama administration should let states decide on marijuana legalization.
