Pam Gadd and The Long Road kick up some country on Jubilee

Pam Gadd has been lauded by critics as "one of the finest voices in the business today," and this doesn't even take into account her mastery of the five-stringed banjo and acoustic guitar. The Kentucky native returns home as Jubilee presents Pam Gadd and The Long Road. Taped at the 1999 Festival of the Bluegrass at the Kentucky Horse Park, Gadd's performance showcases her "gritty, bluesy, honky-tonk style vocals."

Jubilee is a KET production, produced by H. Russell Farmer. Nancy Carpenter is executive producer. The program is closed-captioned for the deaf and hard-of-hearing. Viewers can find out more about programming on KET's six digital channels by visiting the KET Web site at www.ket.org.
