Motion in the Heavens
Rico Tyler, a physics and astronomy teacher, explains how looking at the sky inspired early systems of telling time and navigation, demonstrates how to analyze and compare data showing the motion of the sun at various times during the day, and discusses the differences between lunar and solar calendars and how time is divided into years and months.
