The Governors Public Employee Health Insurance Forum was held October 4, 2002 at the Holiday Inn in Frankfort. Sponsored by the office of Gov. Paul Patton, the forum was an overview of challenges facing Kentucky in providing health care coverage for its own employees and of new initiatives being undertaken by the state and by private employers.
