Bruce Rector, motivational speaker and author of Monday Morning Messages: Teaching, Inspiring and Motivating To Lead, speaks with host Bill Goodman on this edition of One to One.
Rector is a partner in the Lexington law firm of Woodward Hobson and Fulton, LLP and held an important post at Junior Chamber International, an organization of young leaders and entrepreneurs from more than 100 countries. He also has experience in the world of athletics, having worked as a student athletic trainer assistant for the University of Kentucky and as an athletic trainer assistant for the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts.
His varied background in sports, private law practice, and the leadership of a large international organization gives him a solid understanding of what leaders in every field must do to succeed, he says.
