Native Kentuckian Joan Coleman, who was recently named president of AT&T Kentucky, is Bill Goodman’s guest on this edition of One to One.
Coleman, the former state vice president of regulatory and external affairs for BellSouth, now heads AT&T Kentucky, the Bluegrass division of the San Antonio-based telecommunications giant that recently acquired competitor BellSouth Corp. In her career, she has held positions in eight different areas, ranging from electrical engineering to product marketing to regulatory affairs.
In the interview, Goodman asks the Erlanger native about her career, focusing on how she rose through the ranks to reach a top leadership position, and about how digital technology will affect telecommunications in the years to come.
