In each program of this art appreciation series for high school, college, and adult students, a contemporary artist takes one or more works of art from start to finish, providing insight into his or her working process and the artworks themselves. The series emphasizes effective visual communication, problem solving, and critical thinking as large, often collaborative projects are seen through to completion and includes painting, photography, sculpture, video, and performance art.
