Filmed amid the natural beauty of the Squam Lake Science Center in New Hampshire, this 15-part life science series for the primary grades is designed to develop children's awareness and appreciation of and sensitivity to the wonders of the natural world around them. The programs explore the center's lakes, fields, and forests; introduce the animals that live there; and help sharpen observation, description, and clarification skills.
