The story of one of Kentucky's most extraordinary business and philanthropic leaders is told through interviews and reflections with Young and his family, friends, and business colleagues. Young's business successes have included peanut butter, storage and trucking, cola, health care, and horses, and his philanthropic and community contributions have had a major impact on the Commonwealth. Born and raised in Lexington, he was also a successful breeder and racer of thoroughbreds. The program is hosted and narrated by Young's good friend, comedian Tommy Smothers, and features interviews with such friends and business associates as James E. Bassett III, Gov. John Y. Brown Jr., former U.S. Senator John Glenn, Humana chairman David A. Jones, television personality Art Linkletter, and thoroughbred trainer D. Wayne Lukas. A 2002 KET production.
