Episode description: D.W. gets lost during a family tour of the White House and is rescued by a kind employee with a great office ... who looks somehow familiar. When Mr. Haney gives Arthur a sealed envelope to take home to his mother, Arthur fears disaster. But what if his mom never actually gets the envelope?
