Details
Episode description: The Tibbles get a set of drums to play at the music festival, and D.W. is determined to get an even bigger and louder one. But Mom says no, and D.W. has to come up with another plan. Buster, who's known for his outrageous stories, claims that dogs are disappearing because there's a tiger living in the state forest. Doubtful, Arthur sets out to get to the bottom of things.
