Episode description: Bob and the team have to make the town well safe and also throw a surprise birthday party for Wendy. Scoop asks Bob to let him help with both things. Bob and the team build Brad Rad's new Surf School beach cafe and Scratch in particular is very excited - he thinks Brad is soooo cool. Eager to impress his hero, Scratch volunteers to get Brad's missing items for the beach party.
