Episode description: All of the dogs are excited that their old friend K.C. is visiting for a few days, but Cleo gets so carried away that she completely ignores Clifford and T-Bone. When bad weather threatens the annual Back-to-School Barbecue at Jetta's house, the dogs set out to see whether they can stop the rain from falling.
