Episode description: Jetta and Emily trade dogs for the island's annual Topsy-Turvy Day, and Jetta ends up learning a lesson about being bossy. Cleo and Mac try to teach Clifford some special "fancy" manners for the party Mrs. Bleakman is giving for her book club members, but in the end Clifford saves the day by just being himself. [cc]
