Details
Episode description: Clifford and his friends see another dog wearing a cone collar and assume that her inability to stop scratching is a "weakness of character." Then Cleo is forced to walk a mile in her cone—and learns a lesson in compassion. Jetta has her hands full while watching her energetic baby brother, Cosmo, but finally hits on a way to keep his attention: reading to him.
