Episode description: Examples from real life show how mathematics is part of the everyday, hectic lives of children and their parents. The program follows members of four different families as they go to theme parks, decide to rent or buy video games, prepare for prom night, sew costumes, choreograph a dance, plan how to get to school on the city bus, and decide whether Sammy Sosa is on pace for the year.
