Three young adults who are being discharged from the foster care system struggle with learning to fend for themselves. With no stable home, meager financial resources, and little preparation for life on their own, these teenagers must draw on the resilience they developed "in the system" to overcome the scars of their troubled childhoods and realize their dreams of independence and fulfillment.
