A world of literature and learning for children ages 4 to 7, starring a family of lionsTheo, Cleo, and their cubs, Lionel and Leonawho live in and run a library. Each episode centers on a book or other piece of written material found in the library. Regular characters include Click the Mouse, the library's cyborg communications expert; Cliff Hanger, a swashbuckling comic-book hero; Tiger Words, a multi-talented sports figure who plays with vowels and consonants instead of golf balls and tees; Martha Reads and the Vowelles, a rhythm-and-blues singing group; and the stalwart knights of "Gawain's World," whose jousting matches create words instead of wounds.
