High school interns participating in Appalshop's Appalachian Media Institute show and talk about their own videos in this KET production. Each program showcases one or more of the students' films, which draw on Appalachia's deeply rooted tradition of storytelling to address culture and contemporary issues in the region. Gathered in KET's studios, the young filmmakers then answer one another's questions on how they chose and researched their topics, interview and production techniques, problems they encountered and how they solved them, and collaboration and teamwork in making and editing a film.
