Dr. Ellen McIntyre, associate professor at the University of Louisville School of Education, demonstrates how to administer and interpret a variety of assessment tools in order to more accurately assess early elementary students' reading strengths and needs. Classroom teachers from the Jefferson and Bullitt county public schools then show how to apply the data gathered in developing and refining teaching practices. A 2000 KET production.
