A New History for the Old Capitol

Renee Shaw details the history of the Old State Capitol in downtown Frankfort, which served as the home of the Kentucky Senate and House of Representatives from 1830 to 1910. Today the structure provides a hands-on learning experience for school children as they study the history of the commonwealth and the functioning of state government.
