KET’s health content production and community outreach team is seeking a production intern. Duties may include some or all of the following:

Researching and writing summaries and content scripts
Posting video segments, written descriptions of content on various Web platforms
Logging raw footage using media log software
Digitizing footage onto a computer-based video editing system
Entering story data into a database

Going out with video crews to assist with remote production (if schedule permits—days could be long)
(Training will be provided for the technical duties listed above)

Special Skills Required

Interest in telecommunications, broadcast, and community health related fields. Must be comfortable using a computer and be familiar with (or be willing to learn) how to use database software and video media logging software.
