I’m a KET Sustaining Member; how can I update my payment amount, or change my credit card or checking account information?
Update your payment method or change the amount of your monthly sustaining donation by starting a new donation. We will be sure to link it to your current account. You may also call us at 800-866-0366 (weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm) to make any adjustments to your sustaining membership.

How do I update my information (address, phone number, email address, etc.)?
To update your contact information, please contact the KET Membership Team | membership@ket.org | 800-866-0366.

How do I enroll in KET’s Family Fun Club?
Upon joining or renewing as a member, you are eligible to enroll up to four children (ages 10 and under) in KET’s Family Fun Club. You will receive an enrollment slip with your acknowledgment letter to fill out and return to KET, or you can contact the KET Membership Team | membership@ket.org | 800-866-0366.

Note that children enrolled in the Family Fun Club will have their names read on-air during the week of their birthday. KET must have the name at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of their birthday month for this benefit.

How do I renew my membership?
We will start sending you renewal notices by mail and email, beginning a couple of months before your membership expires. You may respond to that mailing at your convenience by mail, or by calling 800-866-0366, or by going online to ket.org/renew. You will not be penalized if you choose to renew early and if you are not sure when your membership expires, please do not hesitate to ask us by phone or email!

When will I get my KET Digital MemberCard?
Digital MemberCards are distributed by email within 1-2 weeks of processing your contribution. You’ll receive an email with your personal access code for the MemberCard app to unlock the whole world of MemberCard benefits in the palm of your hand. Using Digital MemberCard, you can search for benefits nearby and even narrow down your dining options by type of cuisine! When will I receive my requested thank-you gift?
KET works hard to ship thank you gifts as soon as possible. If you requested an item at the time of your donation, it may take 2 to 4 weeks to reach you. In an effort to reduce costs (and therefore better utilize your dollars), we work with several vendors and community partners, and do not always keep these items on hand. However, if an item is extremely popular and/or on backorder, it could take longer than 4 weeks. We will notify you via email when we know that an item you requested is delayed.
