Shipping/Handling

Most orders are processed within four business days and shipped UPS Ground with no deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Large orders (more than 100 sets) may be processed as freight shipments. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

Charges for orders shipped in the continental U.S.*

For orders up to $81.00, add $8.00 S/H.
For orders over $81.00, add 10% S/H.
Kentucky orders include shipping and handling charges.

Guarantee/Return Policy

We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. Customers can return physical products within 30 days of purchase, if in original purchasing condition. Bundled and digital products currently cannot be returned. Please contact Customer Service Service at adulted@ket.org or (800) 354-9067 for more information before returning any item.
